1. Scope: including but not limited to the topics discussed in academic forum.

2. Format: abstract or full text in English only.

3. Instructions for authors:

(1) The authors shall abide by publication ethics, and the paper shall not be delivered or published by other publications or on other conference.

(2) The paper shall be written in English (See Annex II for the template of paper), and shall be saved as a Word document named as “author’s name + organization + serial number of theme forum”.

(3) Type of publication:

① All papers (abstracts or full texts) accepted by the conference organizing committee will be included in the conference proceedings. The proceedings will not be publicly published in any form (including online publication) and are intended solely for communication during the conference.

② To encourage innovative research, the conference will select outstanding papers and award them with certificates. Furthermore, after obtaining the authors' consent and revision for improvement, the organizing committee may recommend selected papers, based on topic relevance, to supporting media journals for publication. Recommended papers will enter a fast-track review process and be prioritized for publication after passing the journal's regular peer review.

4. How and when to submit:

(1) You are required to log in https://iccpa2026.scimeeting.cn/ for submission.

(2) Please submit your paper before June 29^th, 2026.
